License Agreement

When you buy a Kesko Labs plugin you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it in your own music and audio work - personal or commercial - on the machines you own or control. Free plugins carry the same license at no cost.

• Install and use it on your own machines
• Use it in commercial productions - the music you make is yours
• Use every version of the plugin your license covers
• Keep using an already-activated plugin offline

• Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the plugin or your license file
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract parts of the plugin
• Remove or bypass the licensing, or share it to enable unlicensed use

The plugin and its code remain ours. You own your license to use it and everything you create with it. This agreement grants use, not ownership of the software.

Trial licenses are full-featured for 14 days and are for evaluation. A license that is refunded, charged back or found to be misused may be deactivated on our servers. This does not affect the finished audio you have already produced.

The plugins are provided “as is” without warranty; to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Questions about this agreement: support@keskolabs.com.
